It is with regret that the Household Division Lodge has to report the passing of our founding Worshipful Master W.Bro Reg Clarke PPSGW. He will be greatly missed.

We are very pleased to announce that the Household Division Lodge has been accepted into the Circuit of Service Lodges. The circuit was formed in 1993 and comprises of 43 military lodges. It exists to promote comradeship and fraternal contact between military masons.

At our meeting held on 26th November 2021 the Masonic Province of Buckinghamshire signed the Armed Forces Covenant on behalf of Buckinghamshire Freemasons.
At our white table festive board we enjoyed music from the Drums and pipes of the 1st Battalion Irish Guards.

Congratulations to our newly made Brothers initiated into the Household Division Lodge at Freemason's Hall as part of Buckinghamshire Province BIG initiation. Our new Brethren, two former Life Guards, two former Grenadier Guards and one former Coldstream Guard were five over one hundred initiates on the day!

It is with regret that the Household Division Lodge has to report the passing of our Treasurer W.Bro Keith Whitworth PPJGD. A former Life Guard Keith was a stalwart of Freemasonry and the Lodge serving as Lodge Treasurer in our Lodge as well as others for many years. He will be greatly missed.

Following the reporting of the death of HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburg the Worshipful Master, His Officers and Brethren of the Household Division Lodge express their condolences to Her Majesty the Queen.
As well as being a former Regimental Colonel of the Grenadier Guards, Prince Philip was also a Freemason initiated into Navy Lodge 2612 in 1952 having been proposed by his Father in Law, King George VI.

It is with regret that the Household Division Lodge has to report the passing of our founding Lodge secretary W.Bro Peter Hardwick PAGDC, PPSGW. Peter a former Grenadier was a stalwart of Freemasonry and the Lodge holding the position of Secretary for every year since the consecration of our Lodge, only stepping aside from the role once to take up his place as Worshipful Master of the Lodge in 2003.

As the Lodge was unable to meet for the Installation meeting owing to the suspension of Masonic activity brought on by Covid-19, the WM and his Officers will remain in their respective Offices for the coming year.

It is with sadness we report that we have been informed of the death of R.W.Bro Eric Deung Past Provincial Grand Master of the Province of Buckinghamshire from 1991 to 1998. He past away on 14th June 2020 at his care home in Great Oaks, Bournemouth. R.W.Bro Deung was also an honorary member of the Household Division Lodge and will be missed by all in the Lodge as well as the rest of our Province and beyond.

With all Masonry on hold for a four month period following direction from The Grand Master the Household Division Lodge meetings on Friday 15th May and Saturday 27th June 2020 are cancelled, the latter being our Installation meeting. The Lodge will be in discussion remotely to decide how best to proceed following this period of uncertainty and will do so with direction from Province.

The Lodge held its first informal social event following on from our recent committee meeting. Lodge members met for an enjoyable curry in Windsor. Lodge members got to meet with others interested in Freemasonry. More social events are planned for the coming year!

The Household Division Lodge are closing in on our 25th Anniversary Meeting to be held on Friday 17th May 2019 at 1700hrs. The numbers attending are increasing and as we aim to reach capacity for the Festive Board. There are still space for those wishing to attend, dining is just £28 inclusive of wine. Those wishing to attend should contact us. Places will be reserved on a first come first served basis! Hope to see you there Brethren...

The Household Division Lodge May meeting has again changed date to Friday 17th May 2019. This is the 25th Anniversary of the Consecration of the Lodge and will be attended by the Provincial Grand Master, R.W.Bro John Clark. It is the intention of the Lodge to conduct the initiation of a former Coldstream Guardsman.

The Provincial Grand Lodge of Buckinghamshire has sent the summons to all Provincial Officers and Grand Officers regarding the Installation of W.Bro J.Clark PSDG, AsstProvGM, ProvGM Designate on Friday 9th February 2017. All Master Masons in the Province are invited to be present and visitors (also being Master Masons) may attend if properly introduced.
The meeting will commence at 1500hrs in the Grand Temple at Freemason' Hall, Great Queen Street, London. Brethren are requested to be seated no later than 1445hrs.

The Buckinghamshire Province 2021 Festival launched at Grand Lodge during the Buckinghamshire Provincial Grand Lodge annual meeting. PGM G.Robertson presented a cheque for £200,000 to the Masonic Charitable Foundation to kick off the festival.
Brethren who make a pledge to support the Buckinghamshire 2021 Festival will receive the festival jewel.
Another way to support the festival is to purchase the new provincial tie, commissioned by PGM G.Robertson. The new tie displays the Hall Stone design representing our position as the only Hall Stone Province. Ties will be available through your Lodge Secretary and Masonic Centres.
